State of Oregon: Oregon Housing and Community Services

Each June, OHCS celebrates National Homeownership Month. OHCS , in collaboration with its partners, works to ensure more Oregonians can access the dream of owning their own home. To accomplish this goal, OHCS and its partners offer a variety of home ownership support programs, including first-time homebuyer education programs and foreclosure prevention services. OHCS works with a network of statewide lenders, consumer education organizations, community action agencies, and other homeownership support providers to help make homeownership affordable for Oregonians with lower incomes.
