Botox Training Courses for Nurses - Why train in Botox?

Why Nurses Should Train in Botox |  |  |

Advice for Nurses considering Botox Training

Are you a Nurse considering a training course in Botox, dermal fillers or other medical aesthetic techniques?

Registered Nurses form a large proportion of delegates on Cosmetic Courses botulinum toxin training, as well as our other aesthetic medicine courses.

Nurses are very well suited to this field because they have good transferable skills. It just takes an artistic eye and a desire to branch out from mainstream nursing.

  • Hour-for-hour as an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner (either self-employed or working for a clinic), you can expect to earn far more than you would as a Bank Nurse.
  • Lots of people feel that, whereas medical professionals were once very well paid in the NHS, recent changes to the pension system will erode this so learning a new trade like Botox or dermal fillers can help towards your pension fund.
  • With the current changes to employment conditions for NHS nurses, Cosmetic Courses receive a lot of applications from nurses who have had enough of the NHS red tape. They feel that their patient contact time is being diminished because they have too many targets, budgets and deadlines to meet. They miss that patient contact and the element of planning treatments and seeing the outcomes.
  • Medical aesthetics is a very nice area to work in because you have much more control over all these areas, plus the products you use and the techniques you choose for administering them to patients.
