The botox training course is the first choice for many medical professionals starting out in aesthetic medicine. Botulinum toxins are a very effective treatments for the lines and wrinkles caused by muscle activity (dynamic wrinkles). The foundation botox course will teach candidates how to assess the face and inject the three most requested treatments for the upper face.
What botulinum toxin products are used?
We will review the range of botulinum toxins available in cosmetic medicine Azzalure®, BOCOUTURE® and BOTOX®. For the practical injection session the BOTOX® product will used.
Why these products?
Our objective for the foundation course is to show you how to evaluate the face properly and to show you how to inject Botulinum to improve the upper aspect of the face. We prefer to use BOTOX® because we have been advised by our trainers that BOTOX® product has less diffusion minimizing the occurrence of ptosis. The injection technique that you will learn is applicable to other Botulinum Toxin products(dilutions and units are not interchangeable). The choice is yours.
What will I be learning on the foundation course?
You will learn the theory and participate in practical training with BOTOX for the upper face,horizontal forehead lines, glabellar and peri-orbital lines.
Will I get the opportunity to inject patients with Botox on the courses?
Yes, if you look on the training outline the candidates will spend the majority of the course injecting patients that are provided by KT Training. We believe the only true way to learn is to have the extensive hands on practical experience for each course.
You are welcome to bring your own models or even have a treatment yourself,. Please inform us in advance if you or have a friend or colleague would like the botox treatment.
What will i receive on completion of the training course?
You will be presented with recognized certification which will enable you to source insurance.
Once you are ready to practice you can contact us to receive a free web listing for your clinic on The Beauty Advice Centre you do not need a web site as the BAC provides a comprehensive listing including images and clinic philosophy.
This BAC will promote your clinic to the many potential cosmetic clients searching for information on cosmetic treatments and cosmetic practitioners.

The foundation botox courses are held in London and Wiltshire unless otherwise stated. The clinics have spacious lecture facilities with air conditioned treatment rooms.
